Love love love

Yari February 08, 2016

I absolutely love these pampers. My son is so sensitive when it comes to pampers. And these have been so great. They never leak.

No Product Consistency

JenJ February 08, 2016

The 15cent Walmart diapers I was using started leaking, so tried a pack of the solid gold Pampers Cruisers. I bought a 24pack which made them 36cents a piece. They were wonderful, with three deep channels and zero leaks. Splurged for the 112 count (34.99 with a coupon before tax makes them 31cents a piece) which I would call an investment. NO CHANNELS, LEAKS EVERY NIGHT. I checked and double checked that I bought the identical type only larger quantity. WHERE IS THE PRODUCT CONSISTENCY?!

Response From Pampers February 09, 2016

I can imagine your frustration, JenJ, especially after having the first box of Cruisers work so well for your little one. It sounds like the second box you purchased may actually be the older style of Cruisers. Over the summer we changed the core structure of our Cruisers to a three channel structure which helps distribute wetness more evenly, allowing for a better fit even when wet. While all Cruisers now on store shelves should have this new feature, it's possible for old stock to still be on the shelves. Regardless whether you're using the old or new style, your little one should still be provided with top-notch leakage protection and I'm sorry that hasn't been the case. However, if you'd like to dial 1-855-236-3353, our experts are standing by and would be more than happy to help you further.

Only diapers I will use

Arleen77 February 06, 2016

I have always used pampers but recently switched to the cruisers when my son started crawling and I love them. They keep him dry and fit amazing.

BIG leaking issue

0Livia331 February 05, 2016

My son is 10 months old, wears size 5, weighs 21.5 lbs. and at night he sleeps for about 10-12 hours. When he wakes up in the morning he's wet. Throughout the day he leaks too. Not real happy about this but it looks like the elastic in the flexible leg cuffs aren't durable enough and they tend to break. So he leaks more often than not and I've tried having the diaper tighter and looser but nothing's working. I plan on trying a different brand for a better price.

Response From Pampers February 08, 2016

As a mom, myself, I completely understand the frustration a leaky diaper can cause and I'd like to help you and your son get back to the all-night comfort you both deserve. While sometime the start of leaks can mean that your little one has outgrown the absorbency level of a diaper, simply moving to the next size up can help provide the extra protection he may need. However, it also sounds like this particular batch may not be up to the high standards we would expect you to receive. If you'd like to get in touch by dialing 1-855-236-3353, our experts are standing by and would be more than happy to help you further.
