Thank you for Size 7

lissabnj March 23, 2012

I just want to say THANK YOU, for making a size 7 diaper. I have a son with Autism and he is not potty trained yet. Although not all stores carry the size 7 I can always easily find them at Babies R Us and BJ's. Pamper Cruisers are the only diaper brand/type I will use on my son, and no leaks!!!

Disappointed yet again...

DaddyofAbram March 08, 2012

By far the Pampers Cruisers size 7 diapers are the best I've used yet for my 2 boys, but was recently disappointed at what has happened to the cases for these. The saying on the new coupons say "look for new bigger boxes and a better value" and that wasn't the case at all. How is going from a 100 count box down to an 88 count box for the same price a better value? I could see if the price of the 88 count box was cheaper, but it's the same price as the 100 count I was previously able to buy... This is why my overall satisfaction and value scales above are so low, and it's not fair to us the consumer and parents... And I am further disappointed that there STILL IS NOT A LARGER SIZED UNDERJAMS! Why are you not listening to your loyal and faithful customers that are begging for a larger size? Why do you not want to improve the product that needs drastic improvement from what myself and other parents have made mention of and brought to your attention on a very large scale? Why do you need to make 3 changes to the packaging design instead of really making the difference of improving the Underjams??? After enough of the demand I've seen right here on Pampers.com for the larger sized Underjams and better, stronger sides that don't rip, you would have thought the demand was clear enough by now... Obviously, us parents were wrong because we still have nothing. This is sad, especially when a company and product like Pampers has been known for it's customer support and it's superior products. Yet we the parents and consumers are faced with getting nothing as a result for voicing our opinions and sharing our concerns and very large customer demand. This is NOT what I was expecting from pampers at all... So please, please, PLEASE make a bigger than 88 count box for the Cruisers size 7's and come out with a larger sized Underjams before you lose a long-time and loyal Pampers user and customer to your competition - which is far more inferior and a choice we are not happy with.

What happened to the Dry Max mesh-like material?

bgvmama September 29, 2011

My son is 13 months old and I have LOVED Pampers, until recently. He used to never leak out of them and they seemed soft and comfortable. And the mesh-like material kept the wetness off of him. His diaper would be full, but his bum was pretty dry. I would rave about them to new moms and highly recommend them. But, the last 2 boxes that I have bought were not very good. He kept leaking out of them and I couldn't figure out why. From the first diaper, something was just different(besides the design) so, I took a closer look at the box and the diapers. I realized the box no longer says "dry max" and the diapers were missing the mesh-like material. Now, I don't know what diapers to use, cause I don't like these :( PLEASE BRING BACK THE DRY MAX MESH MATERIAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All of my high ratings are from the old diapers, the new ones would get maybe 2 stars.

NOT AS GOOD AS PAMPERS BABY DRY

Karena14 March 07, 2012

I have always loved Pampers brand diapers. We started with Pampers Swaddlers and they were good. Then as our son got a little older we switched to Pampers Baby Dry. We absolutely loved them, but they seemed to run a little smaller in size than the Pampers Cruisers so we switched to those. The Pampers Cruisers were horrible. Every night our baby ended up drenched in urine and we would have to wake him, change his bedding and give him a bath. Recently we switched back to Baby Dry because although they run a little smaller in size, they are super absorbent. I would not recommend Pampers Cruisers to anyone, but I would definitely recommend Baby Dry. I think Pampers needs to take a closer look at Cruisers and perhaps make some improvements.

Response from Pampers

DeeConsumer Care March 09, 2012

Sorry you're little guy is waking up wet with the Cruisers. We'd expect you to get the same absorbency as with the Baby Dry and I can understand why you aren't happy. Sometimes at night, we suggest going up one size since diapers don't get changed as often as daytime, so that you have a stronger absorbency core. That being said, we'd still like to help. Please call us at 1-877-256-3265.
