We love this monitor/sleep sensor/diaper sensor/Lumi app combo! We have been using it since our baby was 2 months old. Our thoughts below:Pros: - The quality of the video (day and night vision) is amazing and the resolution and wide angle can be adjusted- Since its WiFi, we can have multiple phones stream without having to use a single monitor- The sound and microphone are superb- We log all her meals in the app and we can't imagine not having the diaper sensor tell us when we need to change her, it gives us different levels of wetness!- LOOPBACK!! We love watching the previous loopback of her nightly activity to see how her sleep went- WonderWeeks/Insights! Valuable content is constantly being added and we look forward to whats upcomingCons: - The sleep stats don't update immediately and sometimes it can be inaccurate or duplicate- It registers sleep events when she is sitting in a car seat or high chair, but it's real easy to adjust the sleep using the app we just need to remember- iPhone app video crashes regularly, haven't seen the same with the Android app- The app gives today's stats front and center, and there is a previous night sleep option, but no previous days feeding- The feeding stat day totals are slightly different across different phones- The 'day' goes from 6AM to 5:59AM and cannot be adjusted- The landscape video orientation cannot be flippedRoadmap:- A separate Lumi base isn't available, it would be great to have another base to be able to move the camera without having to unplug it - Support for multiple Lumi cameras/multiple children within the same app

Lumi surpassed all my expectations of what a monitor system is. As a first time mom Lumi has managed to give me the confidence and assurance from not only their product but there outstanding customer service. The picture quality of the camera is outstanding. And the audio is so clear I can even hear my baby’s soft snoring. I love the look back option on the app and the ability to even timestamp to see when baby is getting most fussy throughout the night. Everything I hoped for a baby monitor!
The baby monitor is very good (it’s so clear we can see the steam coming from the humidifier). The sleep sensor and insights are great too- we get a weekly update on how my baby’s sleeping and how to improve it. Some days are just a blur so the Lumi really helps us keep track of what’s happening and reassures us that our baby’s sleep is improving.

Very clear baby monitor (I’m impressed with the night view) + very convenient coz I can monitor baby from my phone (we used one with a viewing unit before and it was such a hassle to remember to recharge so we eventually stopped using it). The sleep sensor is helpful- it automatically tracks sleep and diapers- it’s quite accurate altho it takes some time to update and show the sleeps (the diaper notifications are real time). The app has useful info on sleep, diapers, feeding, etc. Overall very smart product, really made things easier for us

How do I use the sensor?
To use the sensor, make sure it is set up and paired with your app. Attach the sensor on the dotted line of your Lumi by Pampers diaper. At each change of diaper, peel the sensor off, and place it on the next diaper. The app will notify you when the sensor battery runs low. Keep the sensor clean by wiping it with a damp cloth, baby wipe, or alcohol wipe regularly.

While I can’t answer all of the cons in your list, I did want to provide some context on a few of the points in case it is helpful as you continue to use Lumi.The sensor is designed to record when babies are actually sleeping, and not mistake sleepy wriggles for being awake. So, while the sensor is always working hard in the background, events will not always show up immediately in your Lumi app. You can expect to see a sleep segment appear about 20-30mins after it has ended and a diaper change register within 5mins of the change taking place. We use this time to process the events through our sophisticated algorithm to make sure they accurately record in your app. While, like any smart device, we are not always 100% accurate – it is usually very good.You can look back at the day before (or any day in history) and see all of your baby’s feeding and sleep events by going to ‘Today at a glance’ and tapping the calendar in the top right to select the day you want to review.I have taken your other points and shared them with our development team – these are fantastic insights and will help us as we continue to make the Lumi user experience better and better!Thanks again for your review!
