Please know that a great deal of work goes into the development and testing of all our diapers to ensure they are safe for babies. We have careful and thorough procedures in place to ensure this. We work with parents and partner with leading professionals including pediatricians, pediatric dermatologists and safety experts through every step of the diaper making process, so we want to assure you that this isn’t something we expect. Still, as fellow parents, we understand that every baby is unique, and a baby’s skin can be especially delicate. There are a lot of different factors that can unfortunately contribute to these kind of symptoms you have told us about. August 04, 2025I’ve been a pamper user for over a year now. However the last month no matter what pack i buy my daughter has the worst rashes due to the diapers ripping every single time. weather it be an hour or over night. riped and all the diaper insides all over my poor baby. i’m making the switch to another brand immediately

The product you're seeing coming from the diapers is Absorbent Gelling Material that helps quickly turn liquid into a solidified gel, and it's been used safely in our diapers for more than 20 years. August 03, 2025Bought a whole box size Newborn and they are too small. My child is well under 10lbs. This is more for preemie’s. Do not get if your child is around 7lbs.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback, Rudy. Babies come in different shapes and sizes, and they fit our diapers differently. If the diaper is snug around the waist and the leg cuffs wrap neatly around your baby's legs and bottom, then this should be a good fit for leak protection. However, if you feel your baby may be too big for the diaper and/or you're seeing red marks on your child, moving to the next size up may be best. Stop selling Pampers Swaddlers to Hospitals
September 07, 2025Both of my boys were born early and spent time in the NICU. Pampers Swaddlers made their butt's break out and bleed. When asked to change the brand, the hospital said that we would have to bring in our own. We couldn't afford it so when we got them home we switched to Huggies which didn’t make their butt's sore. I also had a cousin who had the same problem with her son. Please stop selling Pampers swaddlers to Hospitals they stick to a premie's butt and and the parents are stuck with watching their child suffer enough without having diapers causing more problems for their babies.
