Disappointed with new diaper changes
October 14, 2025I have used pampers swaddles for 2 years with my daughter and am not happy with the recent changes to the product. They feel cheap and scratchy. My daughter now has a rash which she never had before. Please change back.

Firstly, thank you so much for being a loyal Pampers user, Alicia. Our goal is both happy parents and happy babies, so we're sorry to hear that you're not a fan of the changes we made, and that your daughter had this experience. We hope she feels better soon. With this change, we simply increased the softness to the outer cover, we optimized the cushiony feel, we have a wider wetness indicator, and there's not a new graphic, so this isn't what we expect especially since a great deal of work goes into the development and testing of all our diapers to ensure they are safe for babies. We have careful and thorough procedures in place to ensure this. We work with parents and partner with leading professionals including pediatricians, pediatric dermatologists and safety experts through every step of the diaper process. Still, as fellow parents, we understand that every baby is unique, and a baby’s skin can be especially delicate. There are a lot of different factors that can unfortunately contribute to these kind of symptoms you have told us about. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED
October 13, 2025WHY DID YOU CHANGE THE PAMPERS SADDLERS WITHOUT EVEN ADVERTISING IT?? So unethical and terrible! We’ve loved the swaddlers for years and all of a sudden they are more expensive, THIN, SCRATCHY, NOT ABSORBENT. I am SO disappointed! Would have never bought them if I knew they were this bad. Also my rewards never work!

Bad change in product
October 12, 2025We’ve loved pampers swaddlers for our baby over every other brand we’ve used until now. The change that’s was made to the diapers has left them feeling cheap, flimsy, and rough. The quality of the diapers is not what they used to be. Our baby used to never get a rash while wearing pampers and now after only two days of wearing the new pampers they’ve got a rash from the lack of absorbency . We are extremely disappointed in the changes made to a product we used to love. We won’t be buying pampers again unless the diaper quality returns to how it used to be.

WHY?!? Why did you change these diapers! Awful!
October 05, 2025I have been using swaddlers for years, for 3 kids and am so disappointed they were changed. Why change something that parents loved? Please check the reviews everywhere, Target, Amazon, Walmart. No one likes the redesign. As many said, they are now identical to the Kirkland brand, stiff and non-absorbant (and you pay less for Kirkland...). This is really frustrating having a 8 week old and having to search for a new diaper, after using these religiously for my first two children for the past 3 years.
