Our Commitment to Baby's Whole, Wide World
Parenthood brings many important decisions, including which diaper you'll trust to be effective, comfortable, and safe for your baby. Since developing the first nationally available disposable diaper in 1961, Pampers has been committed to providing safe, high-performing baby products that support every baby's happy, healthy development. We know that caring for babies includes caring for the world they grow up in, which is why we are continuing to work to reduce the impact our products have on the environment.
Reducing Our Impact
Over the past few decades, we've worked to improve diapers for baby while reducing our environmental footprint. Here are a few examples:
Did you know? In 2014, a manufacturing site in Targowek, Poland became the first Pampers facility to use 100% of the electricity coming from renewable resources.
Pampers is devoted to the happy, healthy development of babies – today and for generations to come. As we serve more babies and parents around the world, we are committed to continuing to help preserve resources and improve the communities in which we live and work.
