Second Trimester Symptoms

As you enter your second trimester of pregnancy, you may notice that symptoms such as morning sickness have subsided and that you’ve regained some of your energy.   • Dizziness. Your body is experiencing changes in circulation, including reduced blood flow to your upper body and head. This can leave you feeling a little light-headed or dizzy.
